How to order

Choose a board model, chat with us about customising one of our existing models or ask a question using the form below. You're also welcome to email us. Prefer a chat? Leave your phone number and we can arrange a call.
Confirm the details
We'll confirm your board, any agreed customisations, availability, price, freight cost and estimated dispatch time before you decide to go ahead.
Secure your order
If your board is available, we'll ship it straight away once full payment, including freight, has been received. If your board needs to be made, a 50% deposit of the board price secures your order. Please allow up to six weeks from order confirmation and receipt of your deposit for your board to be shaped and dispatched — delivery time is additional. The remaining balance and freight are payable before dispatch.
Shipping and collection
Board prices are plus shipping. Freight is approximately $40-60, with a quote provided based on your location before you confirm your order. We ship within Australia only. Collection from Inverloch, Victoria, can also be arranged.
