The Glider — bottom

Bottom

Hand-shaped from sustainably sourced paulownia timber, The Glider is designed for surfers chasing maximum speed, clean lines and uninterrupted flow. At 4'5" long, it offers increased paddle power and trim speed — the perfect companion for riders looking to push beyond the shore break and into larger, more powerful surf.

Pair it with a set of surf fins and paddle out the back. That's where The Glider really comes alive.

Design features

Performance single concaveGenerates lift and reduces drag for exceptional speed across the wave face. Once flying, the concave maintains momentum through flatter sections and delivers a smooth, connected feel beneath you.
Tuned rail profileHard rails through the tail create bite and engagement when placed on rail, holding the line and harnessing the energy of the wave face. Rails soften gradually toward the nose for a forgiving feel when paddling.
Increased lengthMore board means more paddle power and trim speed. The extra length lets you catch waves earlier and carry speed through sections that would stall a shorter board.

The Alaia — bottom

Bottom

Inspired by the wooden surf craft of ancient Hawai'i, The Alaia is hand-shaped from paulownia timber with a single concave bottom and parabolic outline. Its finless design relies on rail control, body position and wave feel — the low-profile deck and natural timber flex create a responsive, living connection to the wave.

Best suited to confident surfers. The Alaia rewards practice with flowing lines, trim and slides on clean, peeling waves.

Design features

Finless designRelies entirely on rail control and body position. No fins means no resistance — just pure, uninterrupted flow across the wave face.
Single concave bottomChannels water beneath the hull to generate lift and speed, while keeping the board connected and responsive through turns.
Parabolic outlineA wide, flowing template that distributes volume evenly from nose to tail, encouraging smooth, arcing lines rather than sharp pivots.
Natural timber flexPaulownia is light and lively. The board flexes subtly underfoot, absorbing chop and returning energy through the tail.

Stand-up surfing, the ancient way

The Alaia is a stand-up surfboard — ridden upright on the wave, not prone. It's the oldest form of surfing in the world, and the most demanding. If you're ready to take your surfing back to its roots, this is your board.
